As part of our commitment, it is important that our community members have an easy way to alert us to content that infringes our Terms of Service.
By using our reporting feature, community members can easily alert our staff to potentially harmful content. Reporting content this way is easy, confidential, and serves to alert our team of human moderators to review the identified content, comment, or user account.
Report a Video, Photo, or GIF
You may not like everything you see on Pornhub. For example, you may see something rude, vulgar, or offensive. That doesn't mean the content is illegal or violates our Terms of Service. If you see something on our platform however that you believe goes against our policies, the “reporting” feature can be used to alert us about this content so that we can review it.
To use this "Report Content" feature, follow these simple steps:

Report a Comment
Pornhub is a sex positive and inclusive platform, built by and serving a community of creative individuals who create and comment on the content that is shared. We stand against hate and inflammatory speech which spreads, incites, promotes or justifies hatred or violence against a person or groups of people. Although you may not agree with every comment posted on our platform, that does not mean that it infringes our Terms of Service. If you believe a comment constitutes hate speech or otherwise goes against our Terms of Service, you can flag the comment to alert us.
To use this flagging feature, follow these simple steps:

- Hover over the right-hand side of the comment you want to report
- Click the flag icon
- Select the reason for reporting
Report a User or Account
Pornhub is a diverse and inclusive platform, built by and serving a community of creative individuals who create a wide range of content. We stand against illegal and inappropriate behavior on our platform. Although you may not agree with every user or account on our platform, that does not mean that they infringe our Terms of Service. If you believe a user has violated our Terms of Service, you can flag the user to alert us.
To report a user from their profile:

- Sign in to your Pornhub account
- Go to the user’s account that you’d like to report
- Scroll down on the right-hand side of the account you want to report
- Click the “Report User” flag icon
- Select the reason for reporting
To report a user from chat:

- Go to the chat with the user you'd like to report
- Click the "Actions" drop down in the right corner
- Click the “Report User” option

Report an Advertisement
Pornhub works with our trusted advertising partner, TrafficJunky, to display ads on our platform. While we review advertisements to ensure that they comply with our policies, you may occasionally come across one that you believe is inappropriate, misleading, or otherwise violates our guidelines. If you see an ad you think should be reviewed, you can use the reporting feature to alert us so that we can investigate and take action if necessary.
To use this flagging feature, follow these simple steps:

- Go to the advertisement that you’d like to report
- Hover over the upper-right corner of the advertisement you'd like to report
- Click the pop up “Ad by TrafficJunky"
- Scroll down to the “Report This Ad” section
- Select the reason for reporting
Reporting users, comments or content is completely confidential. Your name and other personal information will not be shared with the person whose content or account you are reporting.
All flags are reviewed by our team of human moderators to determine compliance with our Terms of Service. For the purposes of our investigation, we may reach out to ask for additional information, which may include verification images, identifying information about the uploader of the content, or other information to substantiate the report. This information is also confidential and for internal purposes only.
Where content is deemed to violate our Terms of Service, it will be removed. Violative content may also be fingerprinted to help identify and remove it in case of re-upload to Pornhub in the future. If any flagged content or comments are found to violate our CSAM policy, Non-Consensual Content policy, or otherwise constitute serious or repeated violations of our policies, the user will also be permanently banned from Pornhub. When you report content, comments or a user’s account that you think infringe our Terms of Service, you are helping protect the Pornhub community as well as the integrity of our platform.
